By using the services provided by PawnaLakeCamps.in (“the Company”), you (“the User”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

Accommodation Shifting: 

The Company reserves the right to shift your accommodation to any campsite (e.g., A, B, etc.) at Pawna Lake without prior notice.

Activity Cancellations: 

Certain activities may be cancelled in case of administration issues, unpredictable weather situations, or governance regulations. The Company will provide a feasible alternative activity in such cases.

Rescheduling: 

In the event of rescheduling, the booking amount should match the previous booking amount, and the number of persons should remain the same. New rates, as per the rates on the website, will be applicable, and the guest will be responsible for paying the difference. Please note that special events such as Valentine’s Day or New Year’s Eve may have different booking conditions.

Acknowledgement of Risks:

 The User acknowledges inherent risks associated with the services provided by the Company, whether directly or indirectly engaged by the User.

Prohibited Items and Fine: 

Using hookah and similar items is strictly prohibited. A fine of INR 2000 will be charged for vomiting inside the tent.

Physical and Mental Capability: 

The User confirms that they are physically and mentally capable of providing services.

Voluntary Participation: 

The User’s participation in the activities is voluntary, and the User shall not hold PawnaLakeCamps.in responsible for any injury, accident, illness, damage, or loss of personal property that may occur during the service period.

Conduct and Behavior:

 The campers state that their conduct and conduct should not cause distress or harm to anyone, including other campers, PawnaLakeCamps.in staff, or service providers. In such cases, PawnaLakeCamps.in reserves the right to ask the User to leave immediately or, in certain circumstances, hand them over to the appropriate authorities. The User will bear the financial liability.

Early Trip Termination: 

If the User wishes to end the trip before its scheduled completion abruptly or is unable to participate due to being unfit, PawnaLakeCamps.in will not be responsible for providing any refund. The User will be solely responsible for making alternate arrangements and bearing the associated financial liabilities.

Compliance with Instructions: 

The User is responsible for following the leader’s or service provider’s instructions. The User shall bear all expenses that may arise in case of medical necessity or any emergency condition.

Safety and Minor Injuries: 

Cuts, bruises, and minor injuries are normal for adventure activities. A first aid kit is provided, and coordinators are trained to respond. PawnaLakeCamps.in takes all reasonable steps to ensure basic safety measures are in place for each activity.

Final Decision and Itinerary Changes: 

During the camping, the leader’s conclusion will be final. We have the right to change the itinerary or cancel the activity in case of climate changes or other unforeseen situations beyond our authority. PawnaLakeCamps.in will not be responsible for any costs, such as travel or lodging, incurred by the party in such circumstances.

Refund Policy:

 No refund will be made for rescheduled bookings. The User may reschedule their booking up to a maximum of two times, subject to availability. The rescheduled booking should match the previous booking amount and the number of persons. New rates, as per the rates mentioned on the website, will be applicable, and the User must pay any difference in the booking amount.

Accuracy of Descriptions: 

All activities are described as accurately as possible; however, the exact arrangements may vary slightly on any given day. Photographs provided are for representation purposes only and should be used as a guide.

Disclosure of Medical Conditions:

The User must disclose any personal medical conditions to PawnaLakeCamps.in advance to make appropriate arrangements. PawnaLakeCamps.in is not responsible for the outcome of any unknown medical situation during the camping.

Smoking and Drinking: 

Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited during nature treks organized by PawnaLakeCamps.in.

Pets: 

Dogs are allowed at the campsite but must be kept on a leash. Pets are not permitted inside the sanitary building. Owners are responsible for immediately removing dog waste from streets and green spaces. Aggressive dogs and guard dogs are not allowed. Pet owners must ensure that their pets do not create noise disturbances.

Sanitary Facilities: 

Users are requested to maintain hygiene and leave the toilet block clean. Water is a precious commodity, and everyone should use it responsibly. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult while using the toilet block. Smoking is strictly forbidden in sanitary facilities for hygienic reasons.

Special Arrangements:

 PawnaLakeCamps.in reserves the right to change regulations to ensure a regulated flow of operations. The Company also reserves the right to exclude individuals from the camping park who disturb the peace and harmony of other guests or fail to follow the above rules.

Violation of Rules: 

If a participant is found violating the rules, PawnaLakeCamps.in reserves the right to remove the participant from the group without providing a refund.

Modifications and Updates: 

PawnaLakeCamps.in reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the User to review the terms and conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the services provided by PawnaLakeCamps.in after modifications or updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the Pune district court. Any disputes occurring out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the courts in Pune. 

Entire Agreement: 

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the User and PawnaLakeCamps.in, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal, relating to the subject matter herein.
